Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day the contract is concluded. Effects of withdrawal

In the event of an effective withdrawal, payments received are generally refunded within fourteen days from receipt of the statement using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed. If the consumer expressly requested that the service begin before the withdrawal period ended, reasonable compensation may be due for services supplied before withdrawal.
